Chiron's Corner was created with the aim of enriching learning for all - our concise FREE GCSE notes and A level notes contain all the information and detail you need, not only to pass exams, but also to meaningfully understand and engage with science.
Sidenote: Who is Chiron?
Chiron is a Centaur in Greek Mythology, and the son of the Titan Cronus and sea nymph Philyra.

Unlike other centaurs, who were stereotyped as violent and savage, Chiron was famous as teacher with wisdom and extensive knowledge of botany, pharmacy and medicine.
